We’ll Onboard You

To facilitate your work visa application, BorderlessHR will officially hire you as an employee of our Canadian entity (on paper only). This step ensures a smooth transition and compliance with Canadian regulations.

Visa & Work Permit Support

Our team will handle your entire work visa application, a process that typically takes around three months. Upon approval, you will receive a two-year work permit for Canada.

Seamless Work Transition

You continue your current job with your existing employer, but now you're based in Canada. Your work responsibilities and relationship with your employer remain unchanged.

Employer of Record (EOR) Services

BorderlessHR acts as your legal employer in Canada, handling payroll, taxes, and compliance on behalf of your company.

Our program lets you relocate while keeping your current job. We hire you under our Canadian entity, so you're officially a BorderlessHR employee while in Canada, but you continue working with your existing employer.

Yes you will. Nothing changes in your responsibilities.

Yes you do. Your current employer must be onboard before we can start processing your application. You will receive your salary and benefits as usual but paid through BorderlessHR instead.

Yes it is valid if you earn a minimum of $60,000 per year from a single employer - not multiple employers.

No. You can only live in the province of Ontario.

You shall have a closed work permit that will allow you to work freely in Canada. This is standard for foreign workers through this program.

This Visa is valid for 2 years but you will be eligible to apply for Canada’s Permanent Residency (PR) after 1 year in Canada.

Yes you can.

Yes, you and your spouse are free to travel outside of Canada during your 2-year work permit. Your vacation time will be the same as in your existing contract, and your salary and benefits will continue while you're away.

You can apply anytime via Canada’s express entry route after 1 year of residency in Canada.

It takes a minimum of 2 months and a maximum of 5 months to complete the work visa process.

Your spouse will be given an open work permit and your kids will have student visas.

Your employer pays us directly, and we pay you the equal value in Canadian dollars. Your current pay will remain the same.

Company Covers:
  • One-Time Fee: CAD $1,000 for relocation and visa processing.
  • Monthly Fee: 1.8% of your salary for health insurance and government fees.
Your Responsibility:
  • Visa Application: Approximately CAD $300 per person. Family applications may cost more.
  • Relocation Expenses: Housing, flights, and other moving costs.

No. Your company must pay the company fees.

Your work visa is valid for 2 years even if you get fired. This means you will not be asked to leave Canada until after 2 years if you cannot find a new job.

We can connect you to companies in our network but we cannot guarantee you an offer.
